Stepping out of your comfort zone and joining a support group for your mental health condition is a big step towards healing.

It can be tough to open up. But surrounding yourself with others who understand your journey can be incredibly powerful. It’s normal to feel nervous, or to talk yourself out of it. Just know that this a safe and supportive space waiting for you when you’re ready.
