  • Led by people with mental health conditions

  • 90 minutes long and meets weekly, every other week or monthly (varies by location)

Please come and let's meet face to face to share resources and encouragement.  When you pull into MHA parking lot at 311 Atlantic Ave, park in front, walk to the right of the building. We will have signs. Support group meetings are in the Community Room.

We are looking forward to starting a new chapter of Support Group Meetings!   By the way, if you can't attend in person, there are many virtual support group meetings available throughout the month at www.namitn.org.
